Refund Policy

Course Registration Fee

  • The £1,000 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

Accommodation and Meals

  • The £1,000 accommodation and meals fee is refundable only if a visa application is refused and the refund request is made before the hotel cancellation deadline.

  • Official evidence of visa refusal must be provided.

  • Any bank transfer charges will be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable

General Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

  • No refund will be issued after visa approval if the participant withdraws.

  • Administrative or bank charges may be deducted where applicable.
